This product series covers all crushing scenarios—coarse, intermediate, and fine—and can be flexibly configured to match material characteristics and production objectives. The coarse-crushing models can handle raw coal lumps up to 2,000 mm in size, with an hourly throughput of up to 10,000 tonnes; the helical arrangement of the crushing teeth effectively increases lump formation while reducing over-crushing. The intermediate-crushing equipment focuses on particle-size control, delivering a discharge range of 50–150 mm; paired with bullet-shaped wear-resistant teeth and a high-torque main shaft design, it ensures smooth operation and easy adjustment. The fine-crushing models are specifically engineered for precise crushing down to 15–40 mm; their unique tooth geometry, combined with a side-clearing device, enables efficient, continuous operation even when processing moist, sticky materials.
Notably, Tianhe Environmental Protection adopts a modular design approach for its core components, offering a variety of structural options—including oscillating-tooth, ferrule-type, gear-ring, and full-roller configurations—to balance ease of maintenance with extended service life.
