In scenarios such as mine exploitation, urban renewal, road construction, and industrial solid waste disposal, materials are often scattered, operation cycles are short, and site conditions are complex—making it difficult for traditional fixed crushing production lines to respond quickly.
High transportation costs, significant secondary pollution, and lengthy deployment cycles have become bottlenecks that hinder the efficient utilization of resources. At this juncture, mobile crushing stations—integrating crushing, screening, and conveying into a single unit—are reshaping on-site processing models by taking on the form of “mobile processing plants.” Relying on years of experience in the research and development of mineral crushing equipment, Tianhe Environmental Protection has launched... Mobile crushing station Providing a flexible, stable, and environmentally friendly one-stop solution for diverse operating conditions.

Flexible transitions, on-site processing—reduce costs and boost efficiency.
The Tianhe Environmental Protection Mobile Crushing Station features a tracked or wheeled chassis design, enabling it to move independently. It can quickly reach operation sites such as demolition sites, open-pit mines, and temporary stockpiles, requiring no foundation construction—simply place it down and start using it immediately. Through... The “crushing on-site and utilizing on-site” model significantly reduces long-distance material transportation, thereby lowering logistics costs and carbon emissions. It is particularly well-suited for the on-site resource utilization of bulk materials such as construction waste, coal gangue, and limestone.

Core reliability, suitable for complex materials.
The equipment can be flexibly configured with either a double-tooth roll crusher or a hammer crusher, depending on the characteristics of the raw materials. For medium- and low-hardness materials with high stickiness—such as clay, oil shale, electrolytes, and bauxite— the double-tooth roll structure is preferred, as it uses a shearing-and-compressing mechanism to minimize blockages. For conventional limestone or construction waste, an efficient hammer-crushing unit can be used instead. Combined with vibrating screens and multi-stage conveying systems, this setup achieves integrated graded crushing and finished-product output.

Smart control for more worry-free operation.
Full-site integration The PLC-based automated control system supports remote monitoring, adjustment of operating parameters, and fault预警. Operators can use the touch screen to keep track of equipment status in real time, enabling one operator to manage multiple machines simultaneously. Safety mechanisms such as overload protection, material blockage alarms, and bearing temperature control effectively ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment even in complex environments.

From From “fixed plants” to “mobile units,” the transformation in crushing methods is driving improvements in resource utilization efficiency. In the future, Tianhe Environmental Protection will continue to deepen its expertise in material-processing technologies, offering system solutions that better meet actual needs and helping users achieve steady and reliable progress in dynamic environments—ensuring that every resource is transformed precisely and appropriately.
